A quarterly earnings release is all that's required. This company has always done that, along with a quarterly conference call, which means they have done more than 99% of the non listed companies out there. Anybody that insists, if not demands more than that is asking for hand holding and bottle feeding. This type of investor needs to find another hobby other than being in the stock market. All IMO with proper due dligence of course.
