Hi Hippie!..yeah, I packed it on over the winter and spring..getting to be a DoughBoy..I figure a board like this would help me get started back to exercising and keep going a little bit..kind of way to 'chart' progress, I guess. And maybe get some ideas from you other people that may work out.

I gave up 12oz Bud curls about 8 years ago..now if I can only set my mind to quit smoking..but that's going to be xtra-tough!

Quitting smoking will be in the works..eventually.
