So Cervelle has said February is the month for that to happen..So now it is up to MTNL to make that happen this month.

Yep, and if MTNL doesn't launch what will that mean to ONEV? More excuses for the PRETEND CEO's inability to sign up NEW business. We are talking MANY months for MTNL and years with Telmex. Now who needs MTNL to launch ONEV's tech more? Shouldn't it be the other way around.
