What are the restricted shares? If the company is really concerned about its future and the shareholders as they've given the impression, they should detail the share structure relatively soon.

If you read the last two PRs on the 21st and the 5th of January, you can get a really good idea of the company's intention for the stock.

However, this is still a pink and caution is always necessary.
