Walmart gets sued a lot too. Who cares?

Stocklemon has won each and every suit and even got the idiots dumb enough to sue them to try to silence them to pay all attorney fees.

Maybe it's the M.O. for scams like AMSC to sue in a desperate attempt to shut the truth?

Obviously stocklemon was 150% right -- AMSC has fallen completely on its ass while posting more and more net losses.
