the bid is low because the MM's want to get your shares cheap. They are willing to sell new shares @ 6.00, but want yours for .25

its called a gap, gapping is to reduce buying pressure.

Lets see the PR (if there ever is one, and if its not, then its complete BS), a 1M Float will make the PPS go up since it cant be manipulated.
