LOL... I would suspect that they would have to submit it with the application for funding...

Probably the first thing that the funding entity looked at.

Lets not forget they had audited financial statements to submit from the previous years and quarters of 2008 with any proformas based off their existing contracts with the 8k's in the SEC filings showing them documented with their corporate partners they have over 130 Mill in contracted business with.
