You've never been through an R/S have you? It usually takes a day or two (six weeks in one case for me) for things to go through your broker. This is pretty normal with TDA and others. This has nothing to do with the company, but with the procedures necessary in an R/S.
Also, you usually end up losing, especially if more dilution happens. If no dilution happens and stock holders don't freak out, sometimes the pps can hold it's own and even rise. I recently has yet another pink R/S and it is holding very well and the pps has actually risen quite nicely because the company is not diluting and shareholders aren't running scared and selling at the bid.
