hmmmmmm...dry holes? how did you know they were dry holes and he was not able to fund the remainder of the project. Did he ask you to inform the investors of such and you failed to or he told you about it, and asked not to disclose such? I wonder! I must say that you know what happened...hope you are able to fall asleep at nights, considering everything stored up...lol
