100% VERIFIABLE INFORMATION

This time every drop of information will be verifiable information. No opinions stated, all facts. All pdfs should be from the EPA or another government site.

The next coming weeks might be hard to see the Golden. Us Longs are fully convinced and that is why we are less active. Trust me, every single long here is watching and have all done their own Due Diligence and chose to stick with RCCH

Charts:
The FTD Chart For RCCH has a huge number of FTD Shares. It is also known that these FTD numbers are extremely low compared to the actual number of shares. The most volume has been at .0001 and the most FTD's are at almost the exact same time.

Here is a post from a well respected chartist here on the hub.

Good Morning funmax ...

This is a link to a free board on which I am an assistant Mod, I try to post on this board at least once every day:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=7882

tothe's Question:
how the MMs could be detected by accumulation or selling?

Notice today on the RCCH chart(below), MMs were covering, not buying...The PPS stayed @ the level they were covering and ChiOse went up significantly, but MFI(Money Flow) was going lower. This can either be buying @ the bid or short covering, by MMs, or both; since they will cover @ the lows then start accumulation before the PPS goes up.....

At times I have seen ChiOsc go down while the PPS is continuing up, this is an indication of MMs selling into the run. Now that the shorting rule has changed to allow shorting on the way down, they can cover on the way down, this also makes it easier for them to short a stock into the ground.

When MMs are accumulating ChiOsc will go up and MFI will follow. MFI shows positive and negative money into and out of the stock.
All of this is designed to confuse everyone.

OBV is for tracking Registered shares, only. Accum/Dist is for tracking Retail shares bought by the unregistered share holder, usually those not in the know.

The bottom bollinger Band isn't used to detect shorting, it is a percentage indicator of the PPS movement. The bottom bollinger will go down fast when a stock has a low beta, and makes a significant move. MMs will usually keep the "close of the day" in a tight range to bring the Bottom B Band up to the PPS area before taking the PPS up. A good book to read for Bollinger Bands is "Bollinger on Bollinger Bands" by Bollinger.

I hope I haven't misunderstood your post to much, and have answered you questions sufficiently.

FACTS:

IWS WAS FEATURED ON EYE OF AMERICA AND AIRED PRIMETIME.
VIDEO HERE: http://rccholdings.com/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=23

IWS Demonstrated their SBR6000 System at the EPA Convention in Washington. To be able to demonstrate at the EPA Convention you must be an EPA/EPV Vendor.
Video Here: http://www.voanews.com/mediaassets/english/2008_05/Video/wmv/EPANewGreenTechnology-vb.wmv

IWS is ONLY APPROVED Decentralized Wastewater Treatment Technologies
http://www.epa.gov/nrmrl/std/etv/vt-wqp.html#dwtt

IWS 3rd PARTY REPORT BY THE NSF INTERNATIONAL FOR THE EPA:
http://www.epa.gov/nrmrl/std/etv/pubs/600r06130.pdf

Protocol for Verification:
http://www.epa.gov/nrmrl/std/etv/pubs/04_vp_wastewater.pdf

IWS IS THE STANDARD FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT.

http://www.deq.state.mt.us/wqinfo/permits/pubNot/MT-08-20/MTX000204_SOB.pdf
Page 3 of 11

Now these test results were not from RCCH’s Lab, these numbers were from a 3rd party testing company. RCCH had to pay for all costs or else the EPA/EPV would not approve them. Ask Gene if you do not believe me. These 3rd party results are un biased and clearly show IWS as a standard.

Table 1. Effluent Quality

Nitrate +NitriteMAX By Law: 8.8 mg/L
IWS Standard/Average: 3.1 mg/L

Phosphorous MAX By Law: 2.7 mg/L
IWS Standard/Average: 1.3 mg/L

Biological Oxygen Demand MAX By Law: 8 mg/L
IWS Standard/Average: 4 mg/L

Ammonia MAX By Law: 2.5 mg/L
IWS Standard/Average: 0.3 mg/L

Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen MAX By Law: 3.5 mg/L
IWS Standard/Average: 1.2 mg/L

Escherichia Coli MAX By Law: 120 MPN
IWS Standard/Average: 2 MPN

IM NOT A MATHEMATICIAN, BUT I CAN DIVIDE AND WHILE I WAS LOOKING OVER THE PERMITS FOR THE MONTANA STATE DEQ (MOON LAND RANCH SITE’S PERMIT)

THEY ARE THE ONLY COMPANY EPA, EPV, DEQ APPROVALS!

THE UNITED STATES IS THE WORLD STANDARD
IWS IS THE UNITED STATE’S STANDARD.
EPA AND ETV SET THE STANDARD FOR THE UNITED STATES.

POSSIBILITIES FOR RCCH
International Projects
International Joint Ventures
Domestic Projects
Domestic Joint Projects
Domestic Government Projects

REMEMBER, WE ARE THE STANDARD. IF YOU CAN FIND FACTS TO PROVE ME OTHERWISE, IMO IWS IS THE STANDARD FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT.

look at the permittee: Ueland Land development LLC

if you go to the montana deq site and look at other permits they are listed.............you know they are going to be using the IWS SBR............the NSF is listed in this as well

DD documentation on a RCCH IWS project
on an early project. They mentioned a 2006 report and I found it.

on this page
http://rcciws.com/index-5.html there is the statement
"Moon Lake Moon Lake Ranch was one of the earliest WS systems and led the way for others. It is an upscale subdivision located in Eagle, Idaho, with very tight nitrogen standards required. In addition, this was the system used by the EPS's ETV program, in conjunction with NSF and Eagle County, to verify the IWS technology. That report was published in 2006"

so I decided to see what that report stated.

Did a google search on "Moon Lake Ranch Subdivision - Eagle, ID water"
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Moon+Lake+Ranch+Subdivision+-+Eagle%2C+ID+water&btnG=Search

And found a document titled
Evaluation of a Decentralized Treatment Technology
International Wastewater Systems Inc Model 6000 Sequencing Batch Reactor System (With Coagulation, Sand Filtration and Ultraviolet Disinfection)

IWS_Report.pdf August 2006 NSF Report (Under a cooperative agreement with the EPA)
http://www.nsf.org/business/water_quality_protection_center/pdf/IWS_Report.pdf

Another page with the same report
http://www.scribd.com/doc/1677346/Environmental-Protection-Agency-600r06130

Who is NSF International, who wrote the report?

Looks like some of the smartest people around are going to be improving on the IWS system. Here's the NSF grant:

Of particular interest is the next generation of water and wastewater treatment that will dramatically decrease material and energy use, consider new paradigms for delivery of services, and promote longer life for engineered systems. Improvements in distribution and collection systems that will advance smart growth strategies and ameliorate effects of growth are research areas that are supported by Environmental Sustainability. Innovations in prevention and management of storm water, wastewater technology, indoor air quality, recycling and reuse of drinking water, and other green engineering techniques to support sustainable construction projects may also be fruitful areas for research.

Here is a small sampling of proof that RCC/IWS is currently working on projects, they have lots more awarded permits and contracts, we just haven't heard about them through RCCH but do a little bit of Googling and you can find them.

http://deq.mt.gov/wqinfo/permits/pubNot/MT-08-20/MTX000204_SOB.pdf

The proposed Homestake Meadows Major Subdivision (HMMS) wastewater treatment system will treat the domestic wastewater produced from 58 lots of the major subdivision and two neighboring lots. Influent will be transported from the individual homes via a grinder pump station to a low pressure sewer main. Influent is delivered from the low pressure sewer mains to an International Wastewater System (IWS) wastewater treatment system. The IWS system is a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) package plant.

Northern Montana Developer Awards Contract to RCC/IWS
Tue Feb 12, 2008 10:00am EST Email | Print | Share| Reprints | Single Page[-] Text [+]
ORLANDO, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
RCC/IWS (Pink Sheets:RCCH) has just announced the signing of an
agreement with a Northern Montana developer to provide a wastewater
treatment plant for its new $20,000,000 subdivision development near
Glacier National Park. The subdivision will place the usual emphasis
on environmental considerations and "green" technologies, and will be
tailored to a more upscale market. A new subdivision homeowner will be
able to view the mountains of Glacier Park, along with streams,
wildlife and picturesque views of the rugged Northwest. RCC/IWS will
provide an 11,000+ gallon per day system, and will also provide
support in helping build and maintain the water and sewer district
that will operate the system.

When using financial estimates in press releases, it is the
RCC/IWS policy to use conservative estimates and to protect the
confidentiality of the developer and his details.

"Claude Smith, International Wastewater Systems (IWS)
Tom Stevens asked Claude Smith to provide comments on his experience with the ETV Program as a verified vendor. Claude Smith stated that IWS has installed approximately 20 wastewater treatment systems in two states. These systems cover subdivisions, hotels, churches, schools, and rural areas. The market is large and it is just beginning to take form. ETV verification was the most significant thing that allowed IWS to expand and succeed. Most states require a vendor to show technology operating results for many years. One state requires companies to show operating results for 5 years or to complete the ETV Program. Once a technology developer has been verified under the ETV Program, it is their entry card into the state. Even with good operating results from another state, it still takes a long time to get into a new state. A company with ETV verification will save 1 or 2 years of time and much money gaining entry into a state. IWS is in the process of being acquired by a major public company; they would not be in this position without undergoing ETV verification."
