why make more false and misleading statements?

according to the SEC filings for ARSC and LBWR, Williford was the CFO of both companies at the same time:

ARSC
Mr. Williford has been our Vice President - Chief Financial Officer since November, 2007.

LBWR
Marlin Williford has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Consultant for Labwire, Inc. since November 2007.

Marlin Williford was not CFO of both companies at the same time. That's already been proven. And he's not the CFO of Labwire.
