EDIT I never paid attention to Reaganomics before tonight when I read the Wikipedia article on the subject a short while ago. I didn't read anything in that article that mentioned Reagan being concerned about small businesses. Could I have skipped over that part? I only read where he helped big business and the rich.

EDIT here- In the very beginning of the article it sounded like a pro-Reaganomic piece, but the more I read, the more I found that it was more anti than pro.
