From HSM board-Seems like some wash trading has been occuring in DSHL by the way it has been acting. I hope those who are involved in doing this have read the article below and are paying close attention.

The SEC and the Justice Dept are cracking down hard on wash trading. Tim Dougherty is now facing 25 years in the slammer for a wash trading/stock manipulation scheme. They want to give the bagman (the person who handled the payoffs to buy stock) 80 years with no chance of parole until 85% of the sentence is served.
