If that is the case, then his experience would be very helpful to RCCH as it navigates the treacherous waters filled with the remnants of the nefarious characters from the US exchanges.


        ¶ I can only find that he was President (CEO) of the Canadian Venture Exchange (in the 1990s) prior to it's merger with the Toronto. That exchange used to be full of scams during his tenure.
