certainly, interesting filings.
Last 10Q filing in 2001. kicked out from OTCBB down to PS. Filed a form 15 in 07 to deregister from SEC
Dormant until now.
Files all periodic filings (Qs and Ks)for the last two years all at once, all of a sudden.

this can only mean one thing. We should see a SB-1 or SB-2 filing for stock registration with SEC shortly. Obviously Meuse has found a buyer for the shell and the buyer wants it to be OTCBB compliant
