Market makers don't display anything below .0001 for retail investors, but consider the following hypothetical. If a retail investor bought 10,000,000 shares of this stock for $1000 in July 2008 at .0001 per share,(just before the 1 for 400 REVERSE SPLIT in August 2008) that investment would now be worth $2.50 or .00000025 based on the original number of shares.
