Absolutely agree. Word would have or should have leaked if a deal with a major supplier was pending. I've said that before. You can't keep stuff like that secret. CDA or no CDA. Somebody who is in the know tells a brother, a frat brother, etc.

Will wait for the reports later this evening.

Meanwhile, I will be thoroughly enjoying myself at Carnegie Hall this evening.
