It's OBVIOUS a licensing deal is what Mark Varney wants to do, it's OBVIOUS to everyone that is what CORTEX wants to do but the market and everyone will continue to think that is a dream until the press release.

We at least KNOW there are deals being discussed (OBVIOUS before anyway, I hope)

I'm with Jerry on the deal but I won't count on it until the press release. It's a buyer's market and they're going to fight for every dime because they can.
