Yeah, looks like it to me. NITE also. they've been tag-teaming or else they both have had size available the last couple weeks.

follow this TA thread back and you'll see our updates over the last 2+ months. There was one week where we saw the bulk of the shares unlocked. That's ARCA today imo and if i had to guess. but i can't say for sure at all.
