the CEO update is very much the same as the article that was reported on the front page of the January 23, 2009 Rochester Business Journal as written and published by Velvet Spicer.

Are you thinking that her article is based upon notes from a 12/04/08 interview? I think not.

So, when you say that "The outlook from Dec 4 to today is likely to have been radically altered based on business conditions"; I am wondering what it is that you are thinking about.

Did you get a chance to read that article from the Rochester Business Journal?

If what you are saying has any merit, then the RBJ will have to retract that article.
