(OTC: GXXL) shall receive $100,000 per year for the next 5 years from
United Development International for facilitating investor relations
and distributing press releases.

"Our SMS press distribution service for United Development
International has been highly successful. This has led to a
substantial increase in the number of shareholders for United
Development International as well as increased exposure for its
