I agree, but only one thing you did not put into your equation. Accumulation overwhelmed the shorting. As it went down people held because of all the verifiable research plus company did not print, so there are no real shares to cover with. Nobody likes to lose money, so here we sit(cellar boxed) as MM's/brokers and our neighbors to the north are on borrowed time, waiting for uplist details, each hoping they will win, (ex: no uplist, R/S etc....)

Once in a blue moon the good guy will win....
