Well, it doesn't have to be naked shorting, imo. Just regular, legal shorting and if the company goes bk, you never buy back the shares for the cover. They wouldn't trade and have no value. You are correct! That is why major brokers would not own and loan out shares in a pink. On average, they would lose ...dog
