John Smith, who has owned his sports equip mfg company for many years is propositioned by Joe Brown, also in the same business. John can not pass up the deal. Neither men had met before. The deal is made. That is a real merger. Now in mikie's case... He has owned a golf oriented scam for many years. Meets up with someone else who seems to have been running a scam... mikie uses him for one of his scams and they form a new company in 2007... both names appear on the paperwork. A year later they announce that they are merging the companies... that they already own! Why not just get rid of the one company and let WEHI do all the scams under one name?
