Thanks for your understanding. I really believe these people are quite serious about making this Company a solid, growing, financially sound enterprise. From my conversations with principals within the Company, they have quite a lot of their financial well being tied up in this venture.

I know for a fact that JP has everything tied up in the success of the Company. Lanny McCandles and others are also heavily invested. In terms of Lanny, you must realize this is a man of strong character and integrity. He told me his primary job is to create an environment where when we resume trading there will be no pitfalls, nothing to come up to hinder or trap us, everything will be squeaky clean.

They are determined to have everything ready to go at once, all financials GAAP audited, the MM ready to go and in motion a plan to move to a higher exchange. I have not inquired, but there may be a financial reason for the delay. Hopefully they are making progress, I will try to talk to him next week. I will share all I can with all of you.
