I believe if you check a few of their previous picks and pans you will find
a rather incestuous relationship with regard to their investment banking
activities....Hardly analogous to a substantial cash investment stake in
equity as Efficacy put up.....But whatever....if you are comfortable with
their endorsement....go with it......caveat emptor..
