Global Shareholders to Receive Special Share Distribution; 10 For 1 Share Distribution of the Feinstein Report

RESTON, Va., June 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Explorations Inc. (Other OTC:GXXL.PK - News) shareholders will receive a special share distribution in the Feinstein Report Inc (Other OTC:FNRP.PK - News).


``For each 10 shares of GXXL, shareholders shall receive 1 share of FNRP. The last trade of FNRP was at 1.47. The record date has not been set yet but it should be sometime in July,'' stated Atul Mehta, PR Manager for Global Explorations Inc.

``This is not a reverse of any sort. Everyone gets to keep all their shares of GXXL and in addition are given shares in FNRP.

``We care about our shareholders and are committed to maximizing shareholder value. We would like to reward all our shareholders. What better way to do it then to give them stock of a company that should be on the BB relatively soon.

``The dynamics of the share distribution also have to be worked out. All shares received in FNRP are restricted shares. If all regulatory conditions are met, restricted shares will become free-trading after one year,'' continued Atul Mehta.
