(1)I create a sheet in Excel and name it SUMMARY
(2)Then use copy and special paste(LINK-Lower corner)
to bring items to the summary sheet.
(3)Then copy and post to IHUB using "pre" and "/pre"

(4)I programmed a macro which with one click updates
the summary by one line.
