Keep in mind that the IRS ALWAYS assumes that you owe more than you actually do. That is "business as usual" for them. I would think that our attorneys that will shred that claim into a much smaller amount... and who knows i the judge will reduce that as well.

I don't have a law firm doing y taxes but H & R Block reduces my taxes every time! LOL I hope these guys can do better than my $59 tax service can!
