The latest update is that the SEC lawyer thought it would be a good idea to include all of 2008 in the filings, so I have just twenty minutes ago completed compilation of the Quickbooks file for all of 2008 and sent it to the company's accountant for processing into the appropriate full year 2008 financial statements for filing. When I get a better feel for when the entire set of statements (2005-2008) will be filed, I'll update the board.
