Wrong- Fair disclosure regulations emphasis 4 basic subjects for biotech & life science's companies:
1. Predictions about approval
2. Clinical test disclosure- see hptaxis
3. Comm.w/FDA about changes to trial-see hptaxis again
4. FDA inspections & or investigations

Either way, the basic assumption is wheather or not the data is false or not and has it been disclosed. Perhaps you don't know the purpose of the regulations- or do not care because it isn't convenient for your arguement.
