Yup, I understand. And I really think the best practical way is for you to call IR and ask specific questions about dropouts:

"Can you give me a % for the dropouts in the X arm?"

If they say no, then I think you have your answer because it is unlikely that David's issue generated a buzz by re-typing the vague claims that were disclosed in the company PR. In fact, I'm sure David could confirm to you if he got more or less info than you received from your call to IR without divulging the actual numbers (or whatever) he has provided his subscribers.

The bigger picture here goes back to the simple rule that if a company does not reveal certain data, then you can bet they're not very complimentary...
