Not into the float in the market. Sorry they have to disclose that. Majority shareholder like rme can't just dump with no filings. Like I said mgmt has been clear about shares not being sold. So believe then or not.

How is this for value.

What penny stock this low is more under valued based on it's early sales and profit and eps growth over last 12 months?

Trading at this market cap is ridiculous. Just has ridiculous on low side as I see in penny stocks when they run up and people pay $1.00. I have seen enough ridiculous over valuations in penny stocks to know what value market puts on them has little to do with what current results are.

As sure as any with few sales and no profits can run to 1.00 and crash SPNG will have it's run up to a more reasonable value as it continues to grow to big cap.

We both know how crazy a lot of valuations in this market can be with penny stocks both ways. Doesn't mean eventually it won;t get corrected. In fact it usually always does when overvalued they crash. When undervalued will be the opposite.

Good think when private investor wants in they look at earnings with a company this young. They look at future and not what stock is doing in OTCBB.
