Really?!?! Dilution is very common with OTCBB stocks. In fact, Dilution has been proven with SPNG while NSS is only an assumption.

Why would someone believe an unverifiable certainty over a verifiable one? I always go with, if it's too good to be true, then it usually is.

Either way, I hope it works out for ya.

Perfection is not in the lexicon of technical analysis. It is favorable odds, or an edge, for which we are looking.
