BTW... for whatever reason I've looked into one of the directors SEC filings. It seems Alan Shapiro has been adding ACTC quite steadily over the past couple years even before he was voted onto the board. I saw this same pattern in his stock purchases at Remmington Oil & Gas which ended up in a big fat buyout that Mr. Shapiro made a few million on. I've averaged out Mr. Shapiro's stock (750k) at around .19 to .20 and I doubt he's in this to break even.... for whatever that's worth.
