Not I myself, nor you can say anything because nothing has happened. Every day that they progress with their agenda it looks more and more like a revalue. Lopping, unless it would only effect speculation, would appear to be just suicide. Why would they rip off their own people with money in the bank? Can you imagine the drama? Rip us off, maybe. Just food for thought. Who knows? Certainly not you or I...glty
