BIH Corporation Updates Dividend Payment Process

FT. MYERS, Fla., Jan. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BIH Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: BIHC - News) The Company announced today that it has submitted its dividend payment request as outlined by their Transfer Agent to FINRA as required, after FINRA review and approval they will forward it to NASDAQ's Dividend department (203) 375-9609 for execution.

PR says "payment request as outlined by their Transfer Agent" Seems to me Transfer Agent would know about it.??
