Ah, not baseless, as their is $36K being paid to "Promote" this company. I also noted that about 140K shares were frontloaded prior to all the "posting excitment".

As I stayed earlier- I wonder how many of the people posting in this frenzy will still be around after the checks are cut at the end of the 3 week period.

I agree, this company has a lot of potential, and I own shares- but, continuous one line posting of the same info by the same 12 people gets a little dull.

Then, you ask about better Chinese infrastructure plays:
Take a look at CNOA for Organic fertilizers, NWD for food, ORS for mobile phones, SOEN for Solar, SUWN for food sweetener (dig deep and find out what Pepsi and Coke are doing). These are 5 that I own already, and see tremendous potential.
