…I believe the BB36 plant was still used for some commercial supply in Europe (3rd paragraph): "Swissmedic approved ERBITUX manufactured at BB36 for commercial use in Switzerland in December 2003, in addition to a European manufacturing site (Boehringer Ingelheim)."

Nice catch! However, ImClone’s BB36 plant was never actually used to supply product for Switzerland, despite its being approved for such use, because Merck KGaA opted to go with its contract manufacturer.
