hey weren't dumping shares when it started. It's only speculation that they are dumping now. Gene says they aren't.

They increased the AS from 2.5 billion to 5 billion.

What other possible explanation exists?

If the OS was as small as it has been represented, a company wishing to upgrade it's image would reduce it's AS. There is no valid reason for a small penny stock to increase it's AS by billions of shares other than to increase it's ability to dump. From a purely rational viewpoint the effort to present a viable and progressive perspective to a new and legitimate market would drive one to a smaller AS as opposed to one so bloated.
