AEN (Pipex)/Kanzer:

If memory serves a few years ago Kanzer did a similar scheme where he used a company controlled by him to "arrange" a financing for Pipex where they (he) were given a big chunck of shares to do so. He was CEO at the time. He may have even been one of the buyers but not sure going by memory.
