I'm not smart enough to know...why then?
I had the same issue with etrade...had to call it in.

Good post zxc...I really would like a plausible explanation that would apply to RCCH.

If brokers like Scottrade, etrade, etc. were looking after us so we don't make bad decisions, half of the pinks would need to be called in.
