I guess the brokers have issues with RCCH but this has been going on for quite some time. There seem to be plenty of shares available lately at .0001 for any interested. For now people will buy them hoping for a miracle to take place.
Surviving for long with no revenues is unlikely if no one will buy stock from them to keep the doors open.

RCCH could then play the reverse spit card and see how that works out....it would buy them some more time and they may have no other choice before them. Its a total certainty that they need money from somewhere to keep the lights on.
