To be honest I have no idea what to think. I don't think that ANY of us here nor anybody else who doesn't have insider information could really have a proper opinion whether its a sell or a buy down here. One can have a guess but that's all.

There are way too many unknowns right now. Don't forget it's not like the company is valued at 5 million here. The market cap is still high enough to lose another 50-70% if business goes down due to the oil prices or due to the economy.

We still don't know whats the deal with the fine payments nor do we have a clue how many people will immediately sell after the registration becomes effective.

That's why you don't even see a small countertrend rally here anymore. It just goes slowly lower or at least stays in this low range of 12-17 cents now. The ask is now 13.5 cents and it seems nobody even wants to bite this. Go figure.
