Lawyers had to put it out like that apparently cuz they wanted it done prior to uplist and not everyone (debtors) was on board yet...The word "possible" made it acceptable, while throwing us under the bus, it appeared...

Hoping that this gets totally cleared up today....Not liking the 96mil but don't mind being debt free for the deeper pockets....

Now by this action as hastily done kinda gives me the impression we are days away, not weeks now....hmmmmmmmmmm
