Did the CEO dilute this stock as well? Im looking for any major dilution right now to see how much it has affected this stock. It hasn't went bankrupt yet but its acting somewhat like a bankrupt stock. It's also funny that they told lenders they "Could" file for bankruptcy the day the stock tumbled rapidly, but yet they actually didn't. As we've seen many companies file for bankruptcy and only when they do is when we usually see the stock go from $1-$4 to .02-.05 ... not when the company states that it might. This is pretty interesting.
