Well, I'm not sure, if Kerry wins, I don't think she'll oppose Kerry in 2008. She would probably do best to get in his cabinet and position herself for a run in 2012.
I don't know much about the Kyoto Protocol, other than it's a plan to help the environment. I'd like to understand it better, both from a scientific perspective and a realistic perspective. In general, I'm concerned about our environment, though I'm not a subscriber to the wacko ideas like some of those folks that were handing out fliers at the Day After Tomorrow movie.
As for the world court, I'm 100% opposed to the idea. We've already seen how poor of a job the UN does when it comes to enforcing laws. And the corruption throughout the UN is extremely dangerous. I know our government isn't much better, but placing another layer of beuaracracy on top of it all sounds dangerous to me. I'm not a fan of the UN except when it comes to humanitarian aid/civl rights issues and simple peace-keeping missions.
