TKT has chosen Lonza Biologics' production facility in the UK as the sole location to manufacture Dynepo (erythropoietin delta) back in 2004 but Shire has since withdrawn the product due to a lack of profitability.

The quiz answer (not Dynepo) is a bona fide blockbuster.
