Bopfan's bona fides are that he/she has repeatedly asked other posters to go and talk to a bankruptcy lawyer to verify or dispute Bop's points. And post any other opinion that will be of use to the Board. That speaks of confidence. Go ahead and get a second opinion.

I am an attorney (not bankruptcy) and I double checked on WMI's firm handling the Chapter 11 case. They are top-of-the-line - major heavy hitters. WMI could not have a better crew on this case.
