Exactly right. Barons was offered the Citi Field contract and tentatively accepted it while their attorneys read through the 300 pages of rules, regulations and stipulations. Barons meanwhile sent out a PR about being offered the Citi Field contract and the revenues it might generate. After slogging through the 300 page nightmare of regulations and stipulations, they declined the contract.
